Tribute to Beatles – BeatleFest

September 3 will be a special event for Beatles fans, because on that day the Hard Rock Cafe Yerevan will host a festival-concert – “Tribute to the Beatles” with the participation of famous musicians and special guest performer and actor Javier Parisi, who is the brightest and the most charismatic imitator of John Lennon. 

Javier has devoted himself to the music of Lennon and the Beatles. The Yerevan concert is part of his “Imagine The Beatles legacy” world tour, which includes multiple shows in the Philippines, Chile, Finland, Spain, England, Mexico and Argentina.

Famous musicians will join Javier on the stage:

Guitar – Alisher Umarov / Professional actor and musician from St. Petersburg. He has worked with various musicians and bands: “Grechka”, “Dunaevsky Orchestra”, “Ne Boy Front”, “Menya Zovut Masha” and others. He has participated in various festivals: “Stereoleto”, “Vozdukh”, “Leningradskiye Mosti” and others.



Bass – Mikayel Abazian / A versatile musician, songwriter, has released more than 7 individual albums and singles, played in various musical projects.



Drums – Ashot Korganyan / Since 1990, he has played in more than 15 bands, including “Bambir”, “Oaksenham”, “Vox”, “Vostan Hayots” and others. In total, he has released 25 albums in collaboration with various bandss and musicians. 





Violin – Aram Asatryan / First violin of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia. He teaches at the Yerevan State Conservatory. As a violinist, he has cooperated and shared stage with famous musicians and bands, such as Jethro Tull, Ian Gillan, Serj Tankian and Al Di Meola. He has started his rock experience in 1990’s with the Yerevan based progressive rock band Oaksenham (ex “Dumbarton Oaks”), at first as a keyboardist, vocalist and then as violinist. 



Rozen Tap, one of the best bands in the Armenian rock sphere, will deviate from its repertoire and perform unique Beatles covers during the concert.
And the concert will be opened by young singer/songwriter Suzie Sirak, accompanied by guitarist Areg Sukiasyan.

This is an exclusive concert for all the Beatles fans who miss the Beatles evenings in Armenia, a chance to gather together once again, to listen and sing along to the songs of one of the greatest bands of the 20th century that had a profound impact on the lives of many, and to imagine “All the people living life in peace…”.
