Rockestra Club, one of Ayb School’s learning projects, took the stage of Hovhannes Tumanyan Puppet Theater to present the results of the “Made in Armenia” project. The purpose of the event was to tell the public about the Armenian rock culture and present the website that was created in collaboration with the Armenian Rock Association. The website contains a collection of rock band performances and information about these bands.

Leaded by Vahagn Papoyan, the students selected the rock compositions that were presented during the concert, which was attended by members of Lav Eli, Bambir, Dogma, Vordan Karmir, Vostan Hayots, High and Oaksenham bands, as well as other well-known musicians. The long awaited event drew a full house.

After the myriad of rehearsals, club members successfully followed the colorful path of the Armenian rock world, which they started with the “80 Accords Around the Globe” podcasts and will go on as long as the Armenian rock culture is alive.
